The Mobile County Grand Jury imposed a condition on Bailey's bond that he be placed on electronic monitoring and have no contact with the two alleged female victims.

Rich said she contacted Mobile County Sheriff Sam Cochran about the allegations and then turned the case over to the State Bureau of Investigations.

Tuesday, Sheriff Cochran released this statement: "We are continuing to work with SBI on this investigation and will begin our disciplinary procedures immediately."

Bailey has been with the Mobile County Sheriff's Office for 16 years. He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in 2017.
